A medical provider will do a physical exam to make sure that treatment will be safe for you. Then, a counselor will go over mental health assessments and questionnaires. Your care team will help you make a treatment plan that is right for you. Please bring your picture ID and insurance card or first payment with you to your first visit.
Inpatient treatment is not necessarily required to join our program. If we determine that inpatient treatment will be the better option to get you started, we will refer out to facilities that can do that.
We have a 90-day detox program. We will get the patient stable on methadone. For example, they may start at 30 mg then increase until they are stable and not having cravings. Then, we start decreasing (tapering) off the methadone. Sometimes it may take longer than 90 days; it's entirely up to the client.
Intake starts first thing in the morning with paperwork and assessments by our staff, so arrive at the beginning of the intake time. Current days and times for intake are listed on our Home page. Please call 405-605-4005 to schedule an appointment.
Counseling is once per week and is included in your weekly payment. SoonerCare patients must be seen for 1 hour per week either for individual or group therapy. If you cannot commit to a full hour per week, ask your counselor about your options.
Yes, we take cash payments for patients who are uninsured or choose to pay cash instead of using their insurance. Current rates are on our home page.

We watch the weather closely and notify patients to come in early for the doses they will need in case we close. It helps us serve you better if you keep your phone number up-to-date. Please call 405-605-4005 for more information if the forecast predicts snow or ice.
You must notify us immediately if your meds are lost or stolen. There will be no replacements for missing medications. Make sure you bring your lockbox for your carries, and return empty bottles to the nurse.
You must bring a copy of your hospital records with you the next time you come to the clinic. We need to know about all of the medications you took while in the hospital and if there are any new medical conditions that affect your treatment.
